In my travels across the country, I was grateful to find that every metropolitan area had a small neighborhood pastry shop which, provided a variety of fresh roast coffees, donuts, breads and other baked treats that totally satisfied my palate and delighted my senses. Those wonderful memories are so strong that I wanted to duplicate that same wonderful experience for the folks of my west texas home town, Big Lake Texas.
My dreams have been realized with the creation of the NightOwl Bakery & Roastery. It has been my goal to make the NightOwl Bakery an everyday, dime-a-dozen, run-of-the-mill, West Texas, hometown, round-the-corner, just-down-on-your-right-from-the-red-light, on main street, specialty bakery and coffee roastery with pure charm. At the NightOwl you will find plain and simple good food made with the freshest possible ingredients and the greatest amount of care. Bread, donuts, and in-shop fresh roasted coffee are on the menu. You will also find good friends meeting and enjoying the moment.
